• Client management -- have strong ability to communicate and work with clients closely and ensuring client happiness
• Writing and editing -- be able to develop solid copy and have impeccable editing and proofing skills
• Working well within a variety of project teams
• Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.
