Print + Web Designer
The Job:
Newtown-based marketing firm is looking for a full-time Print / Web Designer to join our small but driven team. We are a full-service multidisciplinary agency serving a variety of clients in financial, medical and b-to-b industries.
The Work:
Working in both print and interactive, you will execute revisions, lay out new documents per established aesthetics and concept new design approaches when called for. You will create wireframes, design mockups, and be able to assist in site planning. Youll work directly with design & account staff in small teams.
The Requirements:
The successful candidate will be equally comfortable in print and interactive environments.
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite print design tools: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash.
Must possess a strong understanding and appreciation for typography.
Strong understanding of good information architecture and usability.
Create user flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups.
Write and test standards-compliant HTML/CSS/Javascript.
Proficiency in e-tools (Constant Contact, SEO, SEM) a plus.
Must be organized and able to work quickly and efficiently under tight deadlines.
Must be willing to take direction and be comfortable in assimilating established aesthetics.
Must be thoughtful, reliable, curious, inventive, meticulous, friendly, driven, goal-oriented, and excited.
3-5 years of studio/agency experience.
