Web Developer-- On-Site Only
New York based ad agency seeks experienced, hands-on Web Developer to join our growing creative team, providing services to Fortune 100 clients. Must provide innovative and reusable web programming and technical solutions for projects including B2C and B2B marketing sites, intranet, extranet, and content management tools (integrating databases). While you will spend at least half your time coding and testing sites (and possibly emails) you will also be relied upon to work closely with Account Services, the Creative Team and other technical colleagues/resources. You must be a good communicator and conscientious team player.
Responsibilities may also include:
- Project planning from technical solutions to architecture, specifications, deliverables and timelines
- Development/deployment/updating/maintenance of new and current web sites
- Development/deployment of mobile sites
- Troubleshooting on current websites and databases (including Filemaker Pro)
- Assistance with in-house tech issues
Qualifications:
• BS in Computer Science or related field
• Fluent in java, C++, C#, VB.net, perl, VBScript, PHP, javascript, DOM, HTML, XML, CSS and MYSQL
• Expertise in mobile platforms such as iOS, Blackberry and Android
• Good understanding of design and CS4 applications is a plus
