Requirements:
• Valid Driver's License
• College degree with demonstrated interest in advertising, marketing or communications
• Proficient with the applications of MS Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel , PowerPoint and Extensive Knowledge of Quickbooks Pro.
• Basic HTML skills extremely desirable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of and proven presence on social sharing communities, such as Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr and other blogging sites.


Duties:
• General Administrative duties: phone coverage, photocopying, collating, filing, scanning, emails and data-entry.
• Serve as liaison with other groups/departments inside and outside the organization
• Schedules appointments, coordinates meetings and special events, makes travel arrangements, and prepares expense reports as required.
• Prepares standard and specialized client invoices, employee expense reports and commission reports.
• Heavy travel/logistic arrangements - make travel reservations for Hotel rooms, plan and organize trips along with car reservations
• Package drop-offs at Fed-ex, UPS or Post Office
• Coordinate and update appointment and project calendars
• Maintain project schedules in our computer system
• Database management
• Independent Contractor Payroll & Expense Tracking
• Budget Management
• Creating media agency lists
• Project research
• Perform other related duties as assigned

This is a full time position with flex hours and one day a week working from home. Monday through Friday with a competitive salary and the opportunity to work alongside an industry leader.
