We are looking for a Product Development Manager to join our Technology team and manage the development process of our SaaS products.
Our SaaS products are built primarily in PHP, and sometimes Ruby on Rails. You will need a strong background in software development for this role.
Required skills:
• Strong background developing software in PHP or RoR, HTML/JavaScript/AJAX
• Experience working with databases, particularly MySQL
• Experience leading and project managing software development teams and software
• User Interface / User Experience design
• Ability to manage several projects at once
• Experience serving as a liaison between programmers and managers within the company
Responsibilities:
• Steer and craft how existing software projects grow
• Plan out new development projects
• Project managing existing development
• Design the implementation of new features
• Insure development timelines are met
• Manage personnel resources
• Translate client feedback into enhancements within our software applications
Any of the following a plus:
• Experience working with cloud servers
• Experience with Search Marketing (SEO/SEM)
