Small yet steadily growing company with large clients in the music, entertainment, retail and mobile industry looking for a dynamic, creative Marketing and Content Coordinator. Due to our small size, your individual work will have high exposure, and the perfect candidate is a creative thinker that takes pride in the quality of his/her work.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
1 to 2 years marketing, advertising experience
Music industry experience a plus
Marketing, advertising or music related degree preferred
Strong knowledge of the music
Strong Organizational skills
Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Ability to handle multiple clients and campaigns, tracking and reporting on each.
Duties include:
Marketing
Develop marketing campaigns for present clients.
Discuss promotional opportunities with labels and clients.
Pass on information from each promotion to technical team for development/ reporting
Represent the company to potential clients with various marketing programs.
Content
Coordinate with clients on monthly playlists- Work with music designers to secure content they have requested, get final playlist ids, media ids, album art to pass on to our technical team.
Test playlists before going live, work with developers
Secure content from new labels
Periodically cross check Billboard charts with database for missing content from existing label partners
Job may be full time or part time depending on the quality of the candidate.
