Ride5 Group, a firm dedicated to helping brands succeed through highly specialized creative, film and technology services, is seeking a talented, high energy contributor to spearhead our next wave of growth in our Creative Division. Ride5 Creative specializes in website design, print media, advertising, marketing and social media, packaging and distribution. The Creative team is generally involved in multiple projects working closely with the firm's Films and Technology Divisions. To succeed in this role you'll need to have the following attributes:
• Confidence, motivation and ability to be an organized self starter; we maintain an entrepreneurial environment and expect your goals to be achieved with limited daily oversight
• A proven track record of landing new business in marketing, advertising and developing client relationships. If you don't have ad sales experience and references to back it up, sorry but STOP RIGHT HERE!
• An understanding and passion for great creative product; that's what we develop and that's what you'll be selling
• No issues picking up the phone or knocking on doors for potential clients; success in this position is daily networking activities that includes those activities versus only launching emails and using your online social networking tools
• A long tail view of the definition of success. This position is heavily commission- based in the short term with a long-term opportunity being profit sharing and a partnership track.
Additional Requirements:
• Hands on knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and blogs
• Top level oral and written skills
• Ability to create engaging proposals and Powerpoint presentations
• Familiar with current trends in digital media, TV, consumer products and advertising
• Organized and enjoys working in a fast-paced work environment
• Contributing ideas and being an integral part of a creative team
• Proficient with Macs
