SilkTouch Laser is looking for an administrative/marketing assistant at our Corporate Queens office. We are expanding rapidly and would love to add an outgoing and professional assistant to our staff immediately. We are looking for friendly and experienced assistants that have experience with customer service, in a medical spa environment, with medical spa services and with marketing. This is a friendly but super busy environment as it requires constant monitoring of our Manhattan Office in Chelsea. We are a small office but everyone works well together so we need someone who is a team player.
Candidates MUST have the following qualifications:
- Knowledge of Spa/Salon Software (we use Orchid Medical Spa Software)
- Previous experience in Spa (preferably in a Laser Center or Medical Spa)
- Knowledge in basic graphic design & editing websites via a back office
- Ability to perform given tasks & assignments with accuracy and competence.
- On Time & Responsible
- Ability to work with others
- Ability to work under pressure
