Thankster.com is the first and only custom handwriting Thank You Card online application. With just a few clicks, users can easily send thank you notes, greeting cards, and invitations online.
As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking an intern to join our team to help us spread our tentacles across the social web.
The right candidate is a social media maven and loves to connect with friends and interesting people via social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Google+, Tumblr, and other growing sites like Pinterest and Instagram. A good candidate will also have a broad interest spectrum including everything from weddings and fashion, to technology and Marketing. Lastly, the right candidate will have a sound literary background and a knack for crafting messages that can grab someones attention.
Duties Will Include:
- Posting updates and engaging conversation starters on Thankster's various social profiles.
- Writing Blog posts on myriad thank you note and greeting card related topics and interests.
- Helping to cultivate a community of greeting card enthusiasts and designers.
- Brainstorming creative ways to leverage social media to increase Thankster brand awareness and website traffic.
- Occasionally helping with site maintenance and feature testing.
Compensation will include a small stipend to cover travel and lunch costs.
This is an internship position, and will require all applicants to receive school credit for participation. The duration of this internship will be four months, with an opportunity for continued involvement during the Summer.
