Looking for someone who wants experience with social media tools and marketing strategies (for college credit or work experience) at an interior decorating company. Performance review every 2 weeks with tips on how you can continue to improve your marketing techniques even more. (To start as soon as possible)
Tasks:
• Managing our social media platforms (e.g.: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, blog etc.)
• Facebook:: Filter/ Delete/ Accept friend requests -> Place 'new friends' in corresponding list folder
• Facebook:: Filter invites, events etc.
• Learn to use Hootsuite: Schedule quotes, furniture layouts, completed design projects photos, etc.
• Learn to use Tweepi/twitter: interact, use hash signs, filter/ add new posts
• Assisting in online advertising campaigns
A must:
* Know how to use Facebook and Twitter
* A problem solver!
* Knowledge of Photoshop is a plus.
• Hours: at least 8 hours a week
• Internship for school credit and/or work experience
• Days (ideally): Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays [no weekends!]
• Minimum two months
• Office is home based: 5 minute walking distance from MetroNorth harlem line
