The Marketing Director will be responsible for overseeing and executing the sales efforts on behalf of the Company. Basic functions include maintaining current clients and finding ways to grow revenue for the organization while maintaining high levels of client services within the private investigative field. It is imperative that the qualified candidate have experience reviewing and responding to RFPs. They must also have a proven record of accomplishment.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Cultivating and maintaining the current clients of the organization
• Soliciting new business (e.g. making cold calls, sales presentations etc.) on behalf of the organization
• Coordinating and executing all aspects of sales and marketing
• Working with outside agencies to obtain business
• Researching and creating new strategies that will enable this company to excel within the targeted field
• Servicing all clients (new and old) through various means including direct contact, newsletters, etc.
• Creating new initiatives to better serve our clients
• The design of sales proposals and presentations for potential clients
• Creating and implementing new ideas and opportunities that will drive revenue for the organization
• Tracking sales
• Working and attending events, promotions etc.
• Other duties as assigned by Managing Partner
• Flexible schedule needed
In addition to the above, the ideal candidate must possess:
- Possess a bubbly personality, enjoy meeting and working with different types of personalities
- A College Degree
- At least three years proven marketing experience, and
- Excellent writing and spelling skills
