We are a growing social media company looking to hire several interns who have an interest and passion working for Social Media/PR. We are a rapidly expanding, fast paced team that communicates with high profile client companies to develop social media exposure for their products.
This PAID internship position is ideal for college students who have interests in the Advertisement/Marketing/PR world.
Skills and requirements:
Must be an undergraduate college student.
Must be able to commute to NYC.
Commitment of at least 12 hours and 3 days per week (Spring).
Commitment of at least 20 hours and 4 days per week (Summer).
Passion for Social Media/Web (Facebook, Twitter, and other Social Media interfaces).
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Organized. Organized. Organized.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Very fast learner and ability to multitask.
Team oriented attitude.
Very keen attention to detail.
Preferred but not necessary:
Experience working in an office setting.
Design, copy fit, and/or editorial experience.
Familiarity with Web Analytics.
A background in Advertising/Marketing/PR.
