Resolvit IT & Management Consulting (Resolvit) is looking for a full-time Online Marketing Specialist to work in New York, NY.
Working closely with the Senior Director Online Marketing this expert online marketer will manage, develop and implement online marketing strategies across multiple brands to maximize site traffic growth, conversion rates, user participation and conversion rates.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
Continually search for new creative ways of increasing response and conversion rates for all online media whilst adhering to strict style guidelines as well as internal processes. . Execute campaigns across channels that drive effective direct response-based online customer acquisition. Manage regular reporting and updates and identify areas of improvement.
Primary Functions
Strategy Development: Strategic development of online marketing campaigns supporting multiple brands. The candidate will work with the business and across online marketing management and internal departments to develop, draft and propose strategic online marketing campaigns which will involve various marketing channels.
The expert candidate will have expert knowledge around SEM, Display, Social and Email marketing and be able to articulate in detail nuances within each channel which will maximize conversion.
Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Develop successful SEM strategies and identify new opportunities to maximize profitable growth; Drive and increase search engine traffic by developing and implementing SEM strategies; Partner with internal/external teams to optimize website to achieve maximum search engine effectiveness; Develop Action Plans through Tracking and Analyzing Key Indicators; Monitor the execution of both keyword expansion and delivery, as well as ad grouping, ad copy, tracking and analyses. Mobile Ad as well as Content Display Ad knowledge and best practice implementation is also favored.
Email Campaigns: Develop e-mail strategies to drive growth through customer acquisition, retention and re engagement programs; Manage creation and execution of email marketing campaigns that deliver results against business goals; Implement and manage prospect/lead creation strategies through new web strategies; Leverage email marketing tools to develop promotional, transactional, and informational content strategies that maximize customer retention, win-back, cross-sell and up-sell programs; Create data-driven, dynamic email campaigns and tests that deliver against targets through a segmented customer base .
Display Campaigns: Develop display banner ad campaigns utilizing both Google managed, DSP managed and Direct publisher placement; Manage creation and execution of display ad campaigns that deliver results against business goals; Implement and manage prospect/lead creation strategies through new web strategies like Landing Page development; Leverage display marketing technologies like retargeting and remarketing to increase conversion and maximize customer retention. The candidate must have expert knowledge and experience implementing campaigns targeting audiences by Behavioral, Contextual and Retargeting means.
Job Requirements
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Economics, Computer Science, Finance or Communications
- 3 -5 years of online marketing experience and results managing SEM/SEO, email campaigns, and Display marketing with a proven track record with online marketing
- Candidate will provide detailed reports and proof of marketing performance during the interview
- Extensive knowledge of analytics/reporting tools (Omniture, Google Analytics) and Excel
- Analyzing large datasets to gain insights and ability to drive business decisions
- Proven ability to plan and organize major marketing programs
- Well versed in online media: SEM/SEO, online advertising, email, social
- Strong HTML computer skills (HTML)
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and persuasive communications skills both written & verbal, problem solving, organization, leadership, & negotiation
- Team player, highly collaborative, can do attitude, able to effectively promote a team environment.
