Federated Media Publishing is seeking a Project Manager for its NYC office that has day-to-day responsibility for managing multiple projects from moderate to high complexity. S/he will coordinate the activities of both internal teams and outside vendors to complete projects on time, on budget, within scope and meeting the business needs.
Duties:
Lead day-to-day activities of cross-functional project team.
Create and maintain project schedules & identify and track milestones.
Proactively identify, manage and resolve issues and risks.
Ensure project stakeholders and management are kept appropriately informed of project status and that there is sufficient record of meetings and decision-making.
Create and manage standard P&L for individual projects.
Develop client SOW and secure necessary approvals.
Identify and document lessons learned and improvement recommendations for future projects.
Requirements:
3-5 years project management and/or account management experience. Ideal candidate has a love of media and experience in advertising, marketing or Internet industries.
Effective team player with exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Ideal candidate is a self-starter, confident, energetic, positive, focused, dependable, proactive, independent, resourceful and creative, and possesses a can do attitude.
Ability to work well under timeframe pressure, handling multiple projects at the same time and posting colleagues on progress regularly.
Fluency with media-buying terminology (eg, CPM v. CPA, reach v. frequency, GIF v. Flash), familiarity with online ad-serving platforms (eg, Doubleclicks Mediavisor), proficiency with Excel and Powerpoint.
Proven track record of top notch client reporting
